My tub started leaking from a copper pipe joint. I removed the faucet and cut an access hole behind the tub for easier access. Not only did Kyle professionally repair the leak, but he took it upon himself to install the faucet. I didn't expect him to do that. He went above and beyond. That is excellent customer service.
